In-Home Sales Representative
We are expanding our premium quality Kitchen/Bath/Window/Patio Cover/Sunroom Divisions. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, positive, coachable, disciplined, dependable and be able to communicate effectively with confidence. The representative will provide each prospective residential customer with a complete, professional and compelling presentation of our products, using sample kits/demonstration tools and selling techniques developed by the company. This is a pay for performance role–The more you sell the more you make!
- Meet or exceed closing sales objectives.
- Responsible for running all appointments in a timely manner.
- Revisit completed jobs following installation.
- Accurately measure and photograph job sites at the time of the estimate using appropriate checklists and forms.
- Prepare detailed, accurate and legible proposals and contracts.
- Using proprietary selling and presentation methods, provide the customer with all information he/she requires to make a positive decision.
- Abide by all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in regular meetings and training sessions.
- Realize the Sales Representative’s role as the personal representative of the company and act accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be money motivated and driven to complete a one call close at first appointment.
- Must be able to follow a 10-Step sales process and achieve close rate goals
- Education and/or Experience – High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education.
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including procedures manuals, identification catalogs, and price lists.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions.
- Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- Computer literate – must have own iPad/Laptop
- Paid training
