Assistance fixing a 20 yr old Sandia install
Our shade structure was damaged by an overgrown honeysuckle and had 2 bent tubes. One request for assistance and Keith came within three days with the correct part for a fix and for just a few $$ our Shade structure is back to brand new condition. Thanks Sandia for standing by your installations.
Patio Cover Maintenance
Excellent. Considerably above expectations. My patio cover is a number of years old and I was not initially certain I could get it looked at. Keith was prompt in making appointments, is knowledgeable, took time to explain, is professional. It was a great relief to me to have someone willing to look at the problem and to listen, and then to take care to do a thorough job. I cannot overstate my appreciation. My experience with Keith certainly increased my confidence in and opinion of Sandia Sunrooms.

After getting bids from several companies, I decided to go with Sandia Sunrooms & Windows, and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. The price was very competitive, and the window quality is exceptional. Gabrielle and his team replaced 13 windows in my home. Gabrielle’s work is outstanding, and when it’s time to replace the last of my windows, I’ll request him and his team again. Everyone was professional and courteous.

Great product
The patio cover we ordered was exactly what we wanted. A beautiful, color-coordinated structure that blended nicely with our home. I was a bit concerned at first because of the size of the area we wanted to cover. And,...it took longer than we expected to get it installed. That said, the installation crew finally arrived with all materials pre-cut and ready to go. Long story short,...we now have a beautiful maintenance-free addition to our home that will last a very long time. Thank you, Sandia!
Still satisfied
The sunroom addition is about 10 years old now and has been one of the best decisions I've made in remodeling an old home in Albuquerque. Sandia Sunrooms fitted it perfectly under an existing porch. The worried neighbor was very complimentary when it was all done and said that it really fit well with the existing house! It's beautiful from the inside and outside, and the quality of materials has been outstanding. Everyone should have an indoor / outdoor room to enjoy our great weather here in New Mexico.
Great price, quality and experience
The representatives from Sandia Sun Rooms were knowledgeable and friendly. The price that they quoted us came in under other quotes we had received. The finished pergola is beautiful and much admired by friends and family.

Sandia Sunrooms built our sunroom two years ago and so far we have had no issues with the quality of materials used or the workmanship of the two man installation team. The installers did an outstanding job and I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of their work. the owner, Mr. Petry, was also very much involved throughout the entire process of negotiating terms and completion of the build. He worked with us making it possible for us to add the sunroom addition. My family and I grateful to Mr. Petry and his building personnel for all they have done. I highly recommend Sandia and will be using them again in the future as I intend to add a pergola next. Thank you Jack!
Great experience
Our old wooden patio cover was falling apart and it was time to replace since we were afraid to sit under it. We called a few companies in town and the typical high pressure sales guys would come out and pressure us to buy and it was starting to be a frustrating experience. We called Sandia Sunrooms and we were expecting more of the same high pressure tactics but were pleasantly surprised with the guy they sent out. He was knowledgeable took careful measurements explained the different types of patio covers they carry and gave us a great price. The Patio cover was put up by a great team of guys and we are very pleased. Our sales guy's name was Chris, ask for him!
