Expand Your Living Space Right in Your Own Backyard
Custom accessory dwelling units and casitas for aging parents, rental income, guests, or a home office.
Why build an ADU
An accessory dwelling unit (ADU), or casita, is more than an extra room. It’s flexible, private living space that adds real value to your property.
Give aging parents a safe, accessible ADU of their own just steps from your home. They keep their independence, you keep them close, often for less than assisted living.
Turn unused yard space into steady income. A well-built ADU or casita makes an attractive short-term rental or long-term lease in the Albuquerque market.
Detached backyard ADUs or attached additions, built to match your home. We handle design, permits, and zoning so the process stays simple.
Let’s plan your ADU
Tell us how you’d use your ADU or casita: family, rental, guests, or work. Our team will help you map out size, layout, and budget.
Designed for New Mexico living
An accessory dwelling unit (ADU), often called a casita here in New Mexico, is a self-contained living space on the same lot as your main home. An ADU can be fully detached or connected to the house, and typically includes a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. ADUs are a natural fit for New Mexico living, with room for multi-generational families, visiting guests, a quiet home office or studio, or a private rental, all while adding lasting value to your property.
